Deposit: A 30% deposit is required to secure a firm reservation.

Balance: The remaining balance must be paid:

On the day of check-in (if paying on-site).

One week prior to arrival if paying via bank transfer.

2. Security Deposit (Caution)
A security deposit of €2,000 is required upon entry to cover any potential damage to the property, furniture, or household items during the stay. This will be collected following the move-in inspection.
This sum, which does not accrue interest, will be refunded once the tenant provides proof that:

Inventory: No furniture, objects, or linens are missing, damaged, or soiled (or, if applicable, a repair or replacement with an identical item has been agreed upon and accepted by the landlord).

Cleanliness: The premises are returned in a clean state (including cupboards, trash cans, sanitary facilities, appliances, barbecue, etc.).
Note: Should the security deposit prove insufficient, the tenant hereby agrees to cover the additional costs. In the event of a dispute, the court of the judicial district where the property is located shall have sole jurisdiction.
3. Cancellation Policy
The signing of this contract is binding for both parties. No cancellation is possible without a written agreement between the parties.
Health Crisis Clause: Taking into account the current health crisis (COVID-19) and government decisions that may disrupt the stay, we commit to finding a suitable solution should such a situation arise.
4. Legal Domicile (Election of Domicile)
For the execution of this agreement and its subsequent effects, the parties shall elect domicile at the addresses provided at the beginning of this contract.
